Mrs. Cynthia Bach Sims holds a BA in Art/Art Education and an MA in the visual arts from William Paterson University. While in college she won many awards for her art. She and her husband Richard were saved at the same time in 1979 and their son Robert was born later that year. She has had her own business Oliver Studios (www.oliverstudios.com) for over ten years. Cynthia has enjoyed teaching art at DCA since 1999.
